How application information is used.

ClaudioTeach collects the learner’s name, age group, contact email, city, country, chosen subject, current level and learning goals to assess and arrange private tuition. For under-18 learners, the contact email and consent must belong to a parent or guardian.

Data minimisation

A full home address is not collected. Billing addresses and card details are handled by the secure payment provider. ClaudioTeach does not store payment-card information.

Email verification

A one-time verification link is sent to the supplied contact email. The link expires after 24 hours. A second automated email confirms account creation.

Retention and rights

Application information should be retained only while it is needed to arrange tuition or meet legal and accounting obligations. Applicants or guardians can request access, correction or deletion through the verified ClaudioTeach contact channel once it is published.

This notice must be completed with the business contact address, retention period and data-controller contact before live applications are enabled.
